We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to join our growing team as we enter our next phase of growth after raising our Series B in September and growing revenue 20x in 2024. You’ll work directly with our Chief Revenue Officer in addition to working cross functionally with our Engineering, Developer Relations, and Operations teams to lead our BD function.
Optimize and drive our sales and partnerships strategy, identify key areas of expansion
Manage the full sales process, from initial discovery through negotiations with potential clients
Become a product expert and help customers use Helius effectively; assist prospects through the trial and evaluation phase
Meet quarterly sales revenue targets
Outbound to key accounts, verticals, and funds
Establish strategic partnerships within the Solana ecosystem
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define go-to-market plans for new product launches along with surfacing product or adoption blockers to improve our customer experience
5+ years of work experience in business development or sales roles
Based in North America
Experience selling to a technical audience
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly
Comfortable working and adapting in a fast-paced and scrappy environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
High degree of ownership and agency, eager to take charge of projects with undefined process
1+ years of prior work experience in crypto
