Ethos is seeking an experienced business development manager to help train our latest language model on professional presentation tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across storyline development, executive summaries, slide structure, and data-driven exhibits.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours (5-20 hours per week, or more). Start ASAP. Compensation is $100 per hour.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced business development managers from top high-growth tech companies or enterprise B2B firms who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. We're looking for BD managers with 3+ years of experience to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summary writing, slide structuring, horizontal and vertical logic, data-driven exhibit design, and client-ready deck production.

Compensation: $100/hourCommitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)Location: Fully remote, work on your own scheduleStart date: ASAP
