The Wealth Management National Sales organization supports the Firm’s Financial Advisors by managing the field sales support of non-banking products and the business development functions for our branch network. As part of the Regional Sales Team, the Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving revenue and asset growth in their respective markets, executing strategic and tactical initiatives, providing ongoing practice management coaching and proactive ideas to Financial Advisors, and coordinating efforts around local, regional, and national initiatives.

Salary range for the position: $115,000 and $190,000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
