CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager who will lead full-cycle recruitment for Loan Officer talent and partner with branch leadership to drive strategic hiring initiatives. You will build robust pipelines, source proactively, and promote the CCM employer brand through multiple channels.

You will coordinate interview processes, ensure timely candidate experiences, and align hiring plans with business growth and production goals while maintaining a fair and inclusive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in mortgage/financial services or sales-driven environments.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills.
• Advanced networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple engagements weekly.

Responsibilities
