FSM Sports is looking for a Business Development Representative to help drive revenue growth across our portfolio of school partnerships.
This is an entry-level role for someone who wants to build a career in sports sales. You’ll learn the full partnership lifecycle (prospecting, selling, renewing, and growing relationships) while managing a starter book of sponsorship accounts. You’ll work closely with our Director of Sales, who will coach you through the sales process and bring you into larger, more complex deals as you grow.
Base salary of $50,000, plus commission.
FSM Sports (Fred Spiegelberg Media) is named after longtime Medford High School coach Fred Spiegelberg, whose decades on the sidelines were defined less by his win record and more by the impact he had on the athletes and community around him. That legacy of discipline, confidence, and community commitment shapes how we operate today: we believe deeply in the power of high school athletics to strengthen local communities, and we work to build partnerships that amplify and support school programs through meaningful business relationships. Joining FSM Sports means playing a direct role in growing those partnerships and extending that impact to more schools and communities. This role also offers hands‑on training and a clear path to grow into a Business Development Manager position.
