Molex is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth for the Cable Assemblies line in the East region. You will identify new opportunities and build strong customer relationships while partnering with engineering, operations and sales teams to deliver value-based solutions.

This role is responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong customer and stakeholder relationships, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver solutions that align with customer requirements and company profitability objectives. The ideal candidate brings a strong commercial mindset, technical curiosity, and the ability to translate market insight into measurable business growth.

This Business Development manager will help expand in the East region and has potential to be based in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Illinois.
For this role, we anticipate paying $110,000 - $140,000per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
