Dablam is hiring in New York for a high-volume outbound Business Development Manager role. You will generate pipeline by calling and emailing corporate prospects, qualify needs, and coordinate scoping meetings with the US Managing Director and CEO.
The role starts with outbound focus and a path to senior sales as the US team scales. You must be authorized to work in the US, with 3+ years in BDR/SDR or outbound sales.
Dablam is an AI-native reputation intelligence firm. We help corporations build competitive advantage through reputation, shaping how they're understood in an information environment increasingly mediated by AI and large language models. We surface information that is true and under-represented, and make sure it reaches the right audiences, in the right context, at the right time.
Reputation has become a commercial asset. What an LLM says about a company now shapes how customers, investors, regulators, and partners make decisions. We give corporate clients a measurable edge in that environment: stronger, more accurate representation where it matters, and early sight of the reputational risks that don't yet show up anywhere else. Our advantage is proprietary technology that most firms can't replicate, and it's why we're trusted by global enterprises in regulated sectors and major law firms.
We are profitable, founder-funded, and growing more than 300 percent year-on-year, with no outside capital. We are scaling a business that already works, in a category we are helping to define.
We're building out our US team, and this role is central to how we grow in our most important market. You'll drive the outbound effort that brings new corporate clients into the business, working alongside a US Managing Director who will lead the market and support your development.
Reputation management is being rewritten by AI right now. The corporates who need this most are only just waking up to how much LLMs shape the narrative around them. You'll be selling into that shift as it happens, at a company that's already ahead of it.
Because we're early and growing fast, your role will evolve quickly. You'll start as Business Development Manager and, through mentoring from the US Managing Director and CEO and by mastering the full outbound and closing cycle, have a clear path to more senior business development roles as the US team scales.
This is a high-volume outbound role. You'll spend your days on the phone and in inboxes, generating pipeline and opening doors with corporate prospects:
