This Senior-level sales professional will prospect and sell Brand Standards services to targeted national accounts in various industries including restaurant, hospitality, and food service establishments. The role is 90% new business development and 10% account management on a full spectrum of market segments including restaurants, hospitality, grocery, and retail.

This role is responsible for generating market growth in assigned vertical market segments and will successfully demonstrate proven sales abilities with larger, complex accounts in multiple locations. They will be part of a results-oriented environment and proceed through a rigorous training and development program. Once complete, the role will include prospecting for new clients with the objective of selling our industry leading programs designated to mitigate food safety risk and improve customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting potential national accounts to deliver targeted sales results
  • Researches, analyzes, and canvasses the market for prospective clients - Develops, maintains, and uses prospect tracking systems
  • Contacts prospects and conducts meetings to promote Steritech and the services we provide
  • Designs, prices, and generates proposals for service programs to generate market growth
  • Maintains involvement in targeted associations and trade organizations to remain current with industry trends
  • Documents all sales and sales activity to ensure accuracy in accounting and customer information
Qualifications
  • Minimum four years’ experience in an outside sales role
  • National sales experience is preferred
  • Proven and verifiable track record in sales and customer service
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft office tools, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Google Slides, G Suite
  • Experience in the Services industry is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication, as well as excellent presentation skills
  • The ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent hunting skills
  • Consultative selling skills: ability to listen, understand clients\' needs, and offer effective solutions
  • The discipline to be self-managed with a burning desire to succeed
  • Ability to travel
  • The individual must live near a major airport
  • This position is based from home and will require overnight travel.
  • Must pass pre-employment Background Check and pre-employment and random Drug Tests
  • Must meet the following Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requirements (Offers are contingent upon verification of MVR checks):
Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $100,000-$110,000/ year with the following perks!
