Job summary

Landscape Workshop is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our commercial maintenance client base within an assigned territory. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close and build relationships with key decision-makers to drive growth.

Collaborate with operations to deliver a seamless client experience and ensure successful service delivery, while traveling throughout the territory as needed to secure new business.

Qualifications

  • B2B outside sales experience in commercial services.
  • Proven ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development and contract close.
  • Drive branch growth by identifying and securing new commercial maintenance clients.
  • Build a strong pipeline through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers.
  • Present customized service solutions that address client needs and create long-term value.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and sales forecasting using CRM tools and established sales processes.

About the Role

Landscape Workshop is growing exponentially and is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to expand our market presence and generate new commercial business opportunities within an assigned territory. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building connections, developing prospects into long-term clients, and driving growth through a strategic and consultative approach. The Business Development Manager will manage the full sales cycle, present tailored service solutions, close commercial maintenance contracts, and partner closely with operations teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

What You'll Be Doing
