Business Development Specialist – Water Wastewater OEM

We’re looking for a Business Development Lead to join their Industrial Automation Products & Solutions team. This is a remote role covering the USA.

Previous experience with Automation, Measurement & Analytic products and/or instrumentation is preferred. This Business Development Manager role suits a high-energy, self-motivated individual who can be a true hunter, calling upon new prospects & clients.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Industrial Wastewater OEM sector.
  2. Create and execute plans to grow sales and expand into new markets.
  3. Build strong relationships with OEM partners and manufacturers.
  4. Lead the full sales cycle—from finding leads to closing deals.
  5. Present products and solutions to customers, helping them understand technical benefits.
  6. Work with internal teams to ensure excellent service and smooth project delivery.
  7. Track market trends and customer insights to guide strategy.
  8. Use CRM tools to manage accounts and report on sales activity.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within industrial OEM or manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with pressure, flow, or analytical instrumentation is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical products to both business and technical audiences.
  • Organized, proactive, and goal-driven.
