Job summary

Biograph in New York City seeks a Business Development Lead to drive our B2B growth, targeting enterprise partners and major organizations to integrate Biograph into their wellness ecosystems.

You will manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to negotiations, articulate value to C-suite and HR leaders, build a scalable outbound playbook, and collaborate with marketing and operations for onboarding.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in high-growth B2B business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • A proven track record of navigating complex corporate hierarchies and closing high-dollar deals with C-suite decision-makers.
  • Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills—you know how to turn complex clinical data into a compelling business case.
  • Comfortable in the dynamic, fast-paced environment of a healthcare technology startup.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and close enterprise-level B2B deals with Fortune 500 companies, tech startups, and major organizations.
  • Lead the entire business development lifecycle from cold outreach and initial pitch to complex contract negotiations and successful handoff to operations.
  • Articulate the deep scientific and economic value of our advanced diagnostic platform to C-suite executives, HR leaders, and benefits stakeholders.
  • Develop compelling impact analyses and become a trusted advisor for key decision makers over the lifecycle of the account to demonstrate value of our platform and establish long-term corporate relationships.
  • Actively build relationships with brokers, advisors, and benefits consultants to facilitate and supplement the direct-to-employer pipeline.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the operations and marketing teams to align market demand with our operational capacity, ensuring seamless onboarding for new corporate partners.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline data system to track deal progress, forecast growth, and iterate on sales strategies based on real-world feedback.
  • Be a key contributor to the culture of innovation, constantly exploring ways to push the boundaries of healthcare.

Job description

As a Business Development Lead, you will be the driving force behind our B2B growth strategy, including identifying, nurturing, and converting major enterprise partners, elite executive teams, and high-impact companies to integrate Biograph into their corporate wellness and benefit ecosystems.

This is a hybrid role based in New York City. Team members typically work in our Manhattan office 3-5 days a week, with empathetic flexibility.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:
  • 5+ years of experience in high-growth B2B business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships

EXCEPTIONAL LOOKS LIKE:
  • Experience in health-tech, corporate wellness, or executive health

  • Already possess an active network of C-suite executives, institutional partners, and enterprise HR leaders that you can leverage on day one.

  • A track record of closing a major corporate pilot or high-impact partnership within your first 90 days in a new role.

  • Past B2B deals you successfully originated and closed that resulted in measurable ARR growth or multi-year institutional alignment.

  • History of building repeatable, scalable outbound playbooks from scratch in early-stage environments.

  • A deep, authentic passion for longevity, preventative medicine, and the future of healthcare.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proficiency with modern CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and outbound prospecting platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills to build financial business cases and ROI models for prospective clients.

  • Ability to travel occasionally for high-stakes pitches, conferences, and partner events.
