Qualifications

• Interest in the Sales/Business Development industry.
• Selected candidates must be local to the Fort Mill/Charlotte, Austin, or San Diego offices and will operate on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office).

Responsibilities

• Obtain exposure to systems, databases, and other applications used by the company daily.
• Participate in process walkthroughs in accordance with department standards.
• Work in a fast-paced environment interacting with management across multiple business units.
• Practice project management across assignments and projects.
• Expand knowledge through training and online courses.
• Engage in summer programming events to learn about the employer and culture.
