Job summary

Sryantra Capital is seeking an enthusiastic internship to join the investment team and help source partnerships, manage investor relationships, and support fundraising efforts.

You will help structure deals, prepare communications, and participate in conferences and investor meetings, gaining exposure to digital assets, alternative investments, and capital markets. Remote work is available with NYC office options.

Qualifications

• Final-year student, recent graduate, or early-career professional with interest in finance and digital assets.
• Strong written communication and ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Proactive with ownership and ability to manage investor pipelines.
• Comfortable engaging with investors and partners and coordinating cross-functionally.
• Fluent in English and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising: manage outreach pipelines, follow-ups, and investor CRM tracking.
• Map institutional investors across NA, Europe, and Asia.
• Help prepare investor communications: decks, factsheets, DDQs, newsletters.
• Represent Sryantra at conferences and networking events in hubs like New York and beyond.
• Support business development for on-chain vaults and partnerships.
• Coordinate onboarding with fund administrators, legal, and compliance partners.
• Turn market news into actionable insights for internal and external audiences.

Job description

You'll work closely with the investment team to source partnerships, manage investor relationships, and support fundraising — helping structure deals, shape terms, and grow Sryantra's reach across allocators, protocols, and trading counterparties.

About the Internship

• Duration: 6 months (flexible start; full-time preferred)
• Location: Remote or New York office
• Who it's for: Final-year students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals eager to work at the intersection of finance, digital assets, and business development.

What You'll Do

• Support fundraising: manage outreach pipelines, follow-ups, and investor CRM tracking.
• Map institutional investors — family offices, funds of funds, VCs, and HNWIs — across North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Help prepare investor communications: pitch decks, factsheets, DDQs, and newsletters.
• Represent Sryantra at conferences, roadshows, and networking events in hubs like New York, London, and beyond.
• Support business development for on-chain vaults and partnerships — liaising with protocols and tracking ecosystem developments.
• Coordinate onboarding with fund administrators, legal, and compliance partners.
• Turn market and industry news into actionable insights for internal and external audiences.

What You Bring

• Excellent written communication and structured thinking — you make complex ideas legible.
• High ownership and follow-through; you keep pipelines tidy and stakeholders informed.
• Strong relationship-building skills and confidence engaging investors and partners.
• Genuine interest in alternative investments.
• An analytical eye and the polish to prepare investor-ready materials.
• A background in business, economics, finance, communication science, or a related field (undergrad or grad) is preferred.
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
• Naturally social and extroverted, able to build rapport quickly.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in fund IR/BD, venture, accelerators, or institutional sales support.
• Strong storytelling — tight decks and data-driven narratives.
• Familiarity with allocator due-diligence workflows (operational, risk, performance).
