Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual who can take charge of both business development and social media management. This hybrid role involves acquiring new clients, building partnerships, and overseeing the content creation process with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience managing social media platforms. Familiarity with WordPress is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients for digital marketing and related services
  • Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to grow agency presence
  • Handle client communications.

Social Media Management:

  • Plan and execute content calendars for clients’ social media accounts
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for timely content creation
  • Write engaging captions, plan campaigns, and implement social media strategies
  • Monitor analytics and optimize performance based on insights

Team Coordination:

  • Serve as the link between clients and the creative team
  • Ensure smooth communication and timely task execution across departments
  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure creative output aligns with client expectations

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or client acquisition
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other major platforms
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of WordPress is a plus
  • Creative mindset with an eye for branding and storytelling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
