Position Summary

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic sales professional in the digital transformation domain looking to make a difference? Join our team at Rules Cube as a Business Development Executive (Pega) and be part of an exciting journey. You will play a key role in shaping and executing successful sales strategies to unlock new business opportunities in your region. Your main focus will be on capturing large accounts, nurturing a pipeline of qualified leads, and converting them into profitable proposals and contracts aligned with our company's goals.

Note: This is a telecommute/work-from-home position.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to find new business opportunities in your region, target large accounts, create a pipeline of qualified leads, and convert them into proposals and contracts.
  • Create comprehensive account plans to understand prospect needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop Rules Cube’s overall sales strategic plan.
  • Manage customer expectations, contract compliance, addendums, and amendments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and the competitive landscape.
Requirements:
  • Over 5 years of experience selling Pega (Pegasystems) technical solutions.
  • Previous experience in digital transformation consulting firms.
  • Ability to synthesize essential concepts during presentations and customize them for clients.
  • Ability to explain technical terms in an understandable way for client executives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to negotiate commercial contracts.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and understanding of customer needs.
  • Proven success in driving deals through prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Strong technical background (education and/or experience).
  • Excellent English language skills.
