About The Role

Chainlink Labs is seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Executive to lead the company's efforts on the East Coast. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing high-impact use cases where Chainlink's solutions can be utilized, focusing on major commercial banks and financial market infrastructures, especially within the Front and Middle office sectors such as Treasury, Fixed Income, and Collateral.

Your Responsibilities
  • Identify high-value TradFi use cases for Chainlink's solutions
  • Collaborate with product managers, solutions architects, and engineers to integrate Chainlink into financial systems
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing models to promote adoption
  • Develop onboarding and support programs for clients
  • Maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target institutions
  • Create thought leadership, use cases, and go-to-market strategies
Requirements
  • 10+ years in business development, sales, or client management within financial services
  • Proven success in negotiating and closing deals with major financial institutions
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams
  • Strong project management skills
  • Deep understanding of asset tokenization, blockchain, DeFi, and digital financial infrastructure
  • Based in New York or within a commutable distance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling to front and middle office functions, including Collateral, Treasury, or Fixed Income
