Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (est. OTE $250k-$300k+)

Our client, a leader in back-office solutions, is looking for a seasoned Business Development Executive to add to their team. In this role, you will sell outsourced accounting and finance solutions to multi-unit operators in the restaurant sector. You will manage the sales cycle, from setting meetings to closing deals with CFOs and financial decision-makers at mid-market multi-unit businesses before handing off to the solutions team to execute. If you have a proven track record in multi-unit back-office solutions or outsourced services sales, managing complex deals in the restaurant, retail, auto service, and/or wellness sectors, and are a true hunter, this role offers unlimited earnings potential and career growth.

Business Development Executive (multi-unit SaaS/Cloud solution sales exp. req.) Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential customers within the multi-unit restaurant vertical
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking events, etc.
• Initiate contact, schedule meetings with decision-makers, CFOs, controllers, and business owners
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, address objections
• Listen to customer needs, assess requirements, and tailor solutions to meet specific business goals
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in collaboration with internal support team
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress
• Respond promptly to customer needs, ensure comprehensive follow-through on all requests
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential leads
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition to client onboarding
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Business Development Executive (multi-unit SaaS/Cloud solution sales exp. req.) Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7+ years of B2B sales or business development (individual contributor) experience required
• 7+ years of SaaS/Cloud or back-office solution services experience required
• Experience engaging with CFO’s and financial decision-makers of multi-unit entities required
• Proven success in developing and closing new business with large revenue targets required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Willingness/ability to travel up to 30% required
