Role & responsibilities
Lead Generation & Demand Creation
- Develop, generate, and grow new digital marketing and software development business.
- Execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, cold outreach, email marketing, paid ads, etc.).
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, or other CRM tools to build a strong pipeline.
Sales & Business Development
- Develop innovative online marketing sales plans to attract and convert leads.
- Pitch and present SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and online reputation management services for the USA & Canada markets.
- Manage end-to-end B2B sales cyclesfrom prospecting to closing deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipelines and forecasts.
- Have a basic understanding of web applications such as ASP.NET, VB.NET, PHP, MySQL, OS Commerce, Joomla, Zen Cart, WordPress, Magento, and mobile technologies, to better communicate technical requirements with clients.
Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion
- Build strategic partnerships to expand the companys presence in English-speaking markets.
- Develop custom proposals & pricing strategies tailored to different client needs.
Marketing & CRM Management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align demand generation efforts with paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Track and optimize the sales funnel using CRM tools and automation.
- Implement lead nurturing strategies to improve conversion rates.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 3+ years in Business Development, Demand Generation, or Sales for IT services/software companies.
Skills & Qualities:
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high energy and motivation to drive sales.
- Proven ability to close deals and exceed targets.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and digital lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with CRM & marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of web applications, software development, and mobile technologies to effectively communicate with clients.
- Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, ORM, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience in selling IT services to international clients (USA, UK, Canada, Australia).
