Job description

On behalf of our client—an esteemed and internationally acclaimed multi-asset broker—we are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Executive.

Renowned for their strong global presence, innovative approach, and commitment to excellence, our client offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where professionals can thrive and grow.

Your role will include
  • Researches and analyses the market to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape
  • Manages and coordinates business development activities across the region
  • Travels to various LATAM markets to lead events
  • Supports and trains other staff at HFM’s offices
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with affiliates, both remotely and in person
  • Develops and executes business development plans to achieve company goals, which can include market entry strategies, sales campaigns, and partnership initiatives
  • Collaborates with internal teams to implement and execute business strategies
  • Negotiates and finalizes agreements with affiliates and partners
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development and sales
  • Willingness to travel extensively across LATAM countries
  • Experience working in or with LATAM markets (a strong advantage)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish/Portuguese
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
