On behalf of our client—an esteemed and internationally acclaimed multi-asset broker—we are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Executive.

Your role will include
- Researches and analyses the market to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape
- Manages and coordinates business development activities across the region
- Travels to various LATAM markets to lead events
- Supports and trains other staff at HFM’s offices
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with affiliates, both remotely and in person
- Develops and executes business development plans to achieve company goals, which can include market entry strategies, sales campaigns, and partnership initiatives
- Collaborates with internal teams to implement and execute business strategies
- Negotiates and finalizes agreements with affiliates and partners
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development and sales
- Willingness to travel extensively across LATAM countries
- Experience working in or with LATAM markets (a strong advantage)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish/Portuguese
