Qualifications

Description

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and increasing revenue. The role involves market research, lead generation, sales strategy development, and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

The Position includes a base salary and uncapped commission. Expectations are that an at-plan rep would have a total compensation plan of 30% base and 70% commission.
