Business Development Engineer role at Tri-State Drilling, LLC

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Engineer to join our growing team in the construction industry. This role will be responsible for identifying and maintaining clients for growth opportunities, supporting client management and organizations, and managing client engagements. Working closely with each division leader, this individual will play a key role in driving sales, expanding market reach, and representing our brand across all business units. This position reports directly to the President (primary manager) and also has responsibilities to the Operational Vice Presidents (dotted line managers).

Base Pay Range

$60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Duties and Responsibilities

  • als.Support bid/no-bid decisions through analysis of scope, profitability, resource availability, and risk fact
  • ors.Assist in drafting technical presentations and client-specific value propositi
  • ementSupport Division leaders in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and technical clarifications to understand client requirem
  • ents.Support Division leaders with client engagement activities, meetings and out

  • ions.Monitor client opportunities, bids and status from origination through award. Track this process and work with estimators on client communications related to these opportuni
