Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive company growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians, social workers, care managers, elder service organizations, and other referral partners.
  • Identify and cultivate new referral sources and strategic healthcare partnerships.
  • Develop opportunities for private-pay home care services and increase market penetration.
  • Pursue and develop healthcare contracts and other strategic business opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at community events, healthcare networking events, conferences, senior expos, and professional meetings.
  • Educate referral sources, clients, families, and community partners about our home care services and capabilities.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and develop strategies to expand services into new communities.
  • Collaborate closely with Recruiting, Operations, Clinical, Scheduling, and Executive Leadership to ensure business development efforts translate into successful client and caregiver placements.
  • Track referral activity, business development efforts, conversion rates, and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of business relationships, outreach activities, leads, and prospective partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and community needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain a strong professional presence within the communities we serve.

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Director to lead our growth initiatives and strengthen relationships throughout the healthcare and community sectors.

Position Overview

The Business Development Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that expand our client base, increase referral opportunities, strengthen healthcare partnerships, and grow our private-pay services.

The ideal candidate will be highly connected within the healthcare and senior services communities, comfortable meeting with referral sources and decision makers, and motivated by building long-term relationships that make a meaningful impact on the individuals and families we serve.

Key Responsibilities
