Business Development Coordinator (Industries + Issues)

This position can be based in San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles, or San Diego.

About the Role

The Business Development Coordinator works closely with managers across the firm’s Industries + Issues groups to coordinate and execute business development projects, materials, and event support. Responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting business development requests and initiatives, developing industry and partner understanding, and recommending process improvements.
  2. Maintaining marketing materials, assisting with pitches, RFPs, and tracking matters in the experience database.
  3. Creating presentations, conducting research, and coordinating client seminars and events.
  4. Ensuring brand standards and participating in awards submissions.
  5. Updating Salesforce database for industry groups.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or related field, with three years of relevant experience, law firm experience preferred.
  • Motivated, responsible, and responsive with excellent writing, editing, research, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in event planning, managing multiple requests, and working flexible hours.
Benefits and Compensation

Salary range: $63,000 - $88,000 per year, based on location and experience. Benefits include health coverage, parental leave, wellness programs, community service days, education reimbursement, and profit sharing.
