Serra Ford Rochester Hills is seeking energetic individuals to join our fast-paced Business Development Team. You will assist customers with questions about vehicles, financing and the dealership experience, while learning about the latest models and technologies.

We provide in-house training, online and in-store programs, and a path for growth. Join our team to help build lasting customer relationships at Serra Ford Rochester Hills.

Qualifications

• At least one previous role in customer service.
• Team player attitude.
• Prompt and courteous communication.
• Enthusiastic personality with a positive approach.
• Must have strong computer skills and basic tech proficiency.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads not ready to make an appointment or after a no-show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions and maintain positive relationships with staff and management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.

In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, perspective vehicles, and their ability to purchase. You will learn about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market. We have an in-house training team dedicated to your success; offering online and in-store training programs with our manufacturers.
