Job summary

Fred Anderson Kia of Greenville is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to handle incoming inquiries, set sales appointments, and support Internet leads. No automotive experience is required as training is provided, with a 5-day work week and Sundays off.

You will respond to emails, chats, and calls, and coordinate with the sales team while maintaining a positive customer-focused attitude. The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, with base plus bonus

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and set up sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using scripts.
• Follow up with leads for up to 90 days and with no-shows.
• Provide product information and direct customers to dealership resources.
• Use CRM tracking system daily and stay updated on inventory.
• Walk the lot to stay current on vehicle stock and assist with fueling/delivery.
