HungryPanda Ltd 熊猫外卖 is seeking a part-time Business Development Coordinator to support our local market expansion in Edison, NJ. The role requires fluent Mandarin for daily merchant and internal communications, strong coordination with partners, and a data-driven approach to growth.

You will work with marketing, delivery, and internal teams to implement practical initiatives and drive merchant and user growth.

Responsibilities

• Support local business growth by monitoring merchant orders, user growth, and customer experience across your assigned area.

• Work with existing merchant partners to identify opportunities to improve performance, including promotions and local visibility.
• Consider customer needs across neighborhoods, product categories, and ordering times when recommending improvements to merchant operations.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Delivery, and other internal teams to follow up on merchant needs and support healthy growth in the local market.
• Share market feedback, customer insights, and progress updates with the team to help improve future initiatives.

About the Role｜职位介绍

As a Business Development Coordinator, you will support the growth of HungryPanda’s business in your assigned area. You will work with merchant partners and internal teams to identify local opportunities, coordinate initiatives, and improve order growth, user growth, and customer experience. This part-time role calls for strong communication, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.

Key Responsibilities｜工作职责

Qualifications｜任职要求
