Job summary

BMI Federal Credit Union (BMI FCU) in Dublin, OH, is seeking a Business Development Assistant to back the field-based team and ensure PEG reports are accurate. You will assist with community activities, vendor relationships, and promotional materials while supporting PEG visits and events.

The role involves coordinating communications, managing CRM tools, and assisting in budget tracking. A degree in business-related fields and 1–3 years in customer service or sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Print materials and facilitate Business Development mailings for events.
• Prepare promotional materials such as brochures and posters.
• Support PEG visits and maintain PEG-related records.
• Monitor and correct issues in the core system for new account reports.
• Maintain materials, inventory, pricing, and ordering.
• Develop content for Money Management Workshops and financial education programs.
• Research and manage inquiries and leads via web/phone.
• Coordinate events with VP of Business & Community Development.
• Manage relationships with charity partners and monthly giving programs.
• Manage CRM tool and assist in budget tracking.
