Due to explosive growth, ED VOYLES KIA OF SMRYNA on COBB PKWY is currently seeking Business Development Representatives to drive our online traffic into our showroom

We are conveniently located at 2145 Cobb Pkwy SE, Smyrna, GA 30080

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to leads from our website, phone, and other lead sources to schedule appointments that show.
  • Engage with online and phone customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Kia vehicles and technology to confidently assist customers.
  • Follow up with prospective customers through phone, email, chat, and text to nurture leads.
  • Set appointments for customers interested in our vehicles.
  • Follow up with existing customers to confirm satisfaction and generate new leads.

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong desire to succeed—our top BDRs come from all backgrounds!
  • Customer service experience is essential; prior sales experience is a plus.
  • Previous experience working with customers via phone, email, chat, and text.
  • Military veterans strongly encouraged to apply!
  • Steady work history and commitment to starting a long-term career.
  • An outgoing, people-first personality with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Tech-savvy with basic MS Office and internet proficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to ask for the appointment and follow through.
  • Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
