  • Support proposal development including compliance matrices, outlines, proposal schedules, content coordination, reviews, past-performance inputs, and final submission activities.
  • Review solicitation documents and identify mandatory requirements, evaluation criteria, submission instructions, technical requirements, contract terms, and potential bid risks.
  • Support development of capability statements, white papers, RFIs, Sources Sought responses, presentations, technical responses, and customer-facing materials.
  • Identify and develop teaming relationships with prime contractors, subcontractors, OEMs, distributors, cloud providers, and strategic technology partners.
  • Support teaming agreements, NDAs, subcontracting discussions, partner outreach, and pursuit coordination.
  • Coordinate customer engagement activities including discovery meetings, capability briefings, industry events, partner meetings, and pre-solicitation discussions.
  • Develop account and agency research to identify customer missions, technology priorities, pain points, stakeholders, buying patterns, and upcoming requirements.
  • Work with leadership and pricing stakeholders to support bid/no-bid decisions, pricing strategy, labor assumptions, and overall pursuit strategy.
  • Identify opportunities aligned with company contract vehicles, socioeconomic qualifications, technical capabilities, OEM partnerships, and target markets.
  • Maintain capture documentation, customer notes, opportunity records, partner information, calendars, and pursuit artifacts within company CRM and collaboration systems.
  • Support post-award transition by communicating customer commitments, scope, assumptions, deliverables, and relevant capture information to delivery teams.
  • Continuously improve business development, capture, proposal, qualification, and pipeline-management processes.
Required Qualifications:
