When a prospect is unsure which direction to go, your job is to help them see the options clearly and take a confident next step. That starts with listening, asking the right questions and presenting information in a way that makes sense for their situation.

As a Business Development Associate in Centennial, you work directly with clients and prospects every day. You reach out to new contacts, follow up with people who have shown interest and guide conversations toward scheduled appointments where their needs can be addressed in detail. You keep organized notes, manage your pipeline and coordinate closely with your team to make sure nothing falls through.
