What You'll Do:

  • Own the proposal process: understand client needs, develop win themes, and deliver complete proposals
  • Monitor competitors and trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve
  • Provide top-notch communication and administrative support to ensure smooth client experiences
  • Maintain and organize the CRM/database to help streamline operations and sales activities
  • Submit a weekly schedule and document work hours to ensure accountability and alignment with business priorities
