Focus Partners Wealth is seeking a Business Development Associate to support the BD team and enhance the client experience. The role can be based in Scottsdale, AZ or Bellevue, WA, on a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office per week and up to 2 remote days.

You will assist with scheduling, prospecting, events, analytics, and CRM-driven workflows while collaborating across advisor teams to drive growth within the firm’s custodial referral network programs.

Qualifications

• 2 years administrative work experience (including internships).
• Associate or bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Experience with CRM system; Salesforce preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under pressure, work independently, and work in a team environment.
• Self-starter, energetic, and assertive.
• Versatility, flexibility, and an ability to work within changing priorities.

Responsibilities

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $55,000 - $60,000/year. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
