Position Overview

Seeking an energetic Business Development Associate to drive business growth by generating new client opportunities and strengthening existing relationships. This hunter-style sales role is ideal for someone who thrives on proactive outreach and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Connect with legal leaders and decision-makers primarily over the phone to discuss hiring needs and legal team growth strategies.
  2. Utilize sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search to identify hidden talent.
  3. Advise clients and candidates as a career strategist, guiding both sides through impactful decisions.
  4. Train with veteran recruiters focusing on long-term relationship building.
  5. Own your success with a compensation package including base salary, uncapped commission, and full benefits, with potential earnings over $100K+ within 12–24 months.
Role Responsibilities
  1. Identify, pursue, and secure new client opportunities using internal lead generation tools.
  2. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through outbound efforts, including calling, personalized outreach, and multi-channel follow-ups.
  3. Qualify leads and convert opportunities via a consultative sales approach.
  4. Meet or exceed performance quotas and benchmarks consistently.
  5. Lead contract discussions professionally with attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $50,000
  • 5% commission on job orders sourced by the BDA that result in signed contracts.
  • Projected Year 1 Earnings: $50K–$80K
  • Projected Year 2 Earnings: $100K+
  • Projected Year 3 Earnings: $150K–$200K

  • Remote work with quarterly in-person team meetings (Princeton or Red Bank)
