As a Business Development Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to reach and exceed sales targets. This role requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on new business acquisition. Strong understanding of logistics and the ability to articulate our value proposition effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Willing to travel.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Applicants must be currently located in the same geographic area as the position or willing to self-relocate, as relocation assistance is not available.
Basic Qualifications: Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
Pay Range: The salary range for this position is $55,860.00/year to $97,800.00/year. Actual compensation is based on various factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills, education/training, and work experience. This position is eligible for our sales incentive plan and offers the annual management incentive plan, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Incentives are not guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and/or company performance.
