- Manage and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Ensure the company meets revenue and project goals.
- Target future top sellers through relevant acquisition channels.
- Recruit sellers quickly and efficiently thanks to a master sales pitch.
- Develop accounts until they are fully self-sufficient.
- Work towards a goal of activating 25 sellers per quarter relating to business priorities.
- Work in tandem with other departments to strategically and efficiently onboard sellers/suppliers into the Marketplace.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company offerings to educate first time sellers on our platform and Marketplace capabilities.
- Manage fast turnarounds and timelines to ensure timely and successful Marketplace launches and seller onboarding.
- Deliver comprehensive reporting to demonstrate progress and successful use of the company platform.
- Directs and oversees implementation of large programs and projects.
- Work cross functionally with respective teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the clients needs and objectives.
- Perform any other duties as directed by management.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPER: Ability to communicate effectively with team members; persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal; negotiation and relationship management skills; ability to take initiative and think outside the box; prior business development experience preferred; Bachelors Degree Preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Driver’s license with no more than 2 traffic violations and/or 1 chargeable accident within the past three years; positive attitude when working with customers; knowledge of employment, merchandise handling, and safety procedures.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPER: To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.
Heavy Work: Lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally.
