Business Development and Sales Associate (Commission Based)

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development and Sales Associate to join our team. This is a commission-based role, ideal for individuals who thrive on performance incentives and are passionate about sales, travel, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential business partners, clients, and advertisers.
  • Pitch Jetzy’s platform and offerings to potential leads to drive partnerships and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with leads, closing deals through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align outreach efforts with campaigns and product updates.
  • Track and report sales activities and performance metrics regularly.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or related roles is a plus.
