Job summary

DigiCert is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the Business Desk as a Deal Desk and Order-to-Cash partner for the Americas. You will collaborate with Sales to structure and close high-quality deals, advising regional Sales Leadership and accelerating commercial discussions to drive growth.

You will analyze transactions, resolve data queries, and optimize deal processes with Salesforce, CPQ, and product platforms. This role emphasizes cross-functional impact and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Corporate Finance, Contract Management, or Project Management.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to evaluate how contract terms impact revenue, profitability, and risk.
  • Analytical and adaptable thinker comfortable with ambiguity and designing creative solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to organize and drive adoption of streamlined workflows across diverse teams.

Job summary

Join our growing Business Desk team as an analytical and collaborative partner driving Deal Desk and Order-to-Cash operations for the Americas (AMS) region. In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with Sales to structure and close high-quality deals, while serving as a key advisor to regional Sales Leadership. By providing the operational insights and best practices needed to accelerate commercial discussions, you will play a vital role in driving our business growth.


What you will do


  • Serve as a strategic partner to Sales and cross-functional teams to structure, review, and finalize complex, non-standard transactions while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

  • Proactively identify internal roadblocks to deal closure, proposing creative alternatives and managing escalations to keep the sales cycle moving.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce, CPQ, and product platforms—resolving integration and data queries for Sales while continuously identifying opportunities to optimize the deal process.

  • Partner closely with Sales and Operations leadership to drive business reviews and deliver operational insights that support forecasting and optimize deal structures to accelerate ARR growth.

  • Drive team excellence by sharing best practices, mentoring team members, and leading cross-functional projects to improve overall operational efficiency.


What you will have


  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Corporate Finance, Contract Management, or Project Management.

  • Strong business judgment with the ability to evaluate how commercial contract terms impact company revenue, profitability, and risk.

  • An analytical and adaptable thinker who thrives in the grey area—capable of navigating ambiguity, reconciling conflicting requirements, and designing creative solutions where no clear playbook exists.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence and professional presence to engage and align with senior leadership.

  • Demonstrated ability to organize, document, and drive adoption of streamlined workflows that improve productivity across diverse teams.

  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the resilience to prioritize effectively, maintain poise, and drive momentum under tight deadlines during high-volume peak periods.

Compensation Transparency

The annualized base salary range for this position is outlined below.


Each candidate’s compensation offer will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, job duties, business needs, and location.


For roles that include additional compensation components, total compensation may include base pay, bonus, equity, or other incentives.

Base Salary

Base Salary $65,000 — $85,000 USD
