Qualifications

• ALA-accredited Master's degree in Library Science.
• Experience working in a library or information environment.
• Ability to maintain security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure per Texas EO-GA-48.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and assessment of library programs and services.
• Develop procedures for library operations.
• Stay informed on trends and technologies to evolve library services.
• Gathers and analyzes data to improve services and engagement.
• Supervise staff and mentoring where applicable.
• Serve as liaison to UT San Antonio departments and the community.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
