Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 1 year of data analytics or BI experience.
• Hands-on SQL/Python/R for data querying and transformation.
• Power BI proficiency including dashboards/reports from scratch.
• Experience writing DAX expressions for Power BI.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• On-site work ability at Northlake, TX warehouse.

The DHL Supply Chain team seeks a detail oriented on site Business Data Analyst I located in Northlake, TX. This role focuses on translating warehouse operation data into actionable insights to improve performance and reduce costs, leveraging Power BI, SQL, and other analytics tools. You will collaborate with site leadership to deliver data driven recommendations and support decision making.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Power BI reports to inform operational and strategic choices
• Lead end to end Power BI development, including data visualization and back end data model design
• Clean, model, and analyze data using SQL, DAX, and statistical techniques to uncover trends and drive improvements
• Work with site and sector leadership to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reductions
• Support HR, Finance and other functional teams with tailored analytical solutions to meet evolving business needs
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through presentations and reports for internal and customer use
• Leverage data from multiple systems that support operations, such as the Warehouse Management System and timekeeping systems
• Own analytics projects from concept through delivery
• Serve as the primary contact for Power BI questions and support

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or 4 years of equivalent professional experience, required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, required
• Hands on experience using SQL or other scripting languages (Python or R) to query, clean, and transform data, required
• Proficiency in Power BI, including building dashboards and reports from scratch, required
