Paycom - ATS is seeking a data analytics professional to analyze datasets and uncover trends to inform organizational decisions. The role focuses on developing data sources for demand and capacity planning, source and supply planning, and process quality improvements.

Strong Power BI/Qliksense/Tableau skills are essential. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (preferred) or HS diploma/GED with 5 years of business experience, plus excellent communication and organizational abilities.
