Job summary

Epiroc Industrial Tools and Attachments is seeking a Business Controller to oversee the manufacturing site’s financial statements, KPIs, and governance from its Delhi, IA facility. This high-visibility role requires partnering with leadership to drive operational excellence and ensure compliance while supporting strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a financial discipline from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Controller.
• Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including advanced Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Infor M3 and/or Infor Syteline.
• Knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Plan-to-Perform process and collaborate cross-functionally to align financial goals with operational execution.
• Report the financial performance of the entity, including income statement, balance sheet, and KPIs.
• Drive cost and inventory analysis and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Manage internal and external audits and ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and Code of Conduct requirements.
• Act as a co-pilot to the General Manager on strategic decisions and business planning.
• Promote financial accountability through training, tools, and self-service BI reporting.
• Lead risk management and develop contingency plans.

As the Business Controller, you'll be the financial steward of our manufacturing site-managing the accuracy of the income statement, balance sheet, and key performance indicators. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, a driver of operational excellence, and a guardian of compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead thePlan-to-Performprocess and collaborate cross-functionally to align financial goals with operational execution.
