Job summary

eTeam seeks a senior Business Continuity/Resilience professional to lead BCM/BCP execution and governance across regulated environments. You will produce attestations, coordinate plan development with IT and LOBs, and drive second-line review while self-checking deliverables for accuracy.

The role requires hands-on experience in BIA, risk assessment, recovery strategies, and documentation. On-call rotation and resiliency advisory duties are included, with CBCP/MBCI/CBCI preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on BCM/BCP and risk assessment experience in a regulated setting.
• Ability to author attestations and perform 2LOD review with self-QA.
• GRC tool experience, preferably Archer, and documenting dependencies and strategies.
• Coordinate plan development with IT, LOBs, and other stakeholders.
• Background in financial services or similar regulated industry.
• Strong written communication for playbooks and recovery scripts.
• Willing to participate in on-call rotation and real-time escalation.
• BCM/BCP certifications such as CBCP, MBCI, or CBCI are preferred.
• Knowledge of FFIEC and FINRA continuity requirements and resiliency consulting.

Responsibilities

Job description

• 3+ years of hands-on BIA and risk assessment execution (not just plan maintenance)
• Experience producing documentation for formal attestation and second line (2LOD) review, with discipline to self-QA before submission
• Working knowledge of an enterprise GRC tool (Archer preferred)
• Ability to document dependencies, recovery strategies, and impact tolerances
• Experience coordinating with LOBs, IT, and other stakeholder groups on plan development, testing, and execution
• Financial services or other regulated-industry background
• Strong documentation/technical writing skills for playbooks and recovery scripts
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and support real-time triage/escalation during disruptive incidents
• BCM certification (CBCP, MBCI, or CBCI) – strongly preferred,
• Financial services or other regulated-industry background. Knowledge of FFIEC and FINRA business continuity requirements
• Experience working as a business continuity / resiliency consultant preferred
