Position Overview

This role involves developing, managing, and leading functions such as risk management activities, business continuity planning, compliance integration, and project management within HCA. The incumbent collaborates across divisions, managing projects that require planning, facilitation, assessment, and reporting, serving as a key member of the Chief Administrative Officer team.

Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of project management experience in a medium to large organization (500+ employees)
  • Knowledge of business continuity concepts, standards, and best practices
  • Experience in designing and implementing work plans and applying risk management principles
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leadership skills and team management experience
  • Understanding of Medicaid enterprise and federal/state laws
  • Strong reporting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage priorities under demanding deadlines
