Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management or related field OR 5+ years EM/BC experience.
• 2+ years in Business Continuity, Emergency Management, or Disaster Recovery.
• FEMA IS-700, IS-800 and IS-1300 certifications within first 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership in annual Business Impact Analysis (BIA) completion and documentation.
• Develop continuity actions based on risk, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist daily operation of the BCDR program including coordination and admin tasks.
• Develop and deliver continuity training, tabletops and exercises for CT/RI locations.
• Maintain centralized storage of program information and reports for leadership.
