Job description
Position Summary

This position would be on the Business Side of Clinical Platform Solutions Team. The person would be responsible for

  • Supporting strategic direction set for the team and manage complex projects and/or programs (e.g. national in scope, multi-segment) on behalf of business stakeholders by acting as a liaison with Information Technology (IT) and Business Operations, seeing the strategy through to implementation.
  • Influences all stakeholders to support key projects/programs to ensure business requirements are translated into system capabilities for positive outcomes that deliver on results.
  • Manages and oversees all facets of projects including objective setting, planning, prioritization, consultation with business stakeholders, progress tracking, implementation, status updates and communication, etc.
  • Collaborates with cross project teams, translates business requirements to technical teams and systems architects to meet the business objective(s).
  • Employs project management disciplines and methodologies to drive process improvement activities, negotiates resources/time to ensure end-state projects are delivered timely and applies critical thinking to identify, develop and vet win-win solutions in collaboration with business partners.
  • Exhibits flexibility to adjust to tight deadlines and changing project requirements.
  • Prepares documentation to support all phases of projects (planning, tracking, communications, etc.).
  • Works with internal and external constituents on the implementation of value-based delegation, plan sponsor carve outs and vendor arrangements as well as the ongoing system monitoring post implementation based on the agreed upon duration.

Required Qualifications

  • 10 years' experience in Managed Healthcare/Insurance Industry related to Clinical Programs
  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting)
  • Adept at understanding business process and pain points
  • Mastery of business problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Proven presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to think "big picture" and understand the impacts of individual project work on other projects and business strategy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good written and verbal communication

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$67,900.00 - $199,144.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
