What You Will Be Doing

• Design interactive workshops that teach students the art of building genuine social media followings

Business Consultant Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

• Proven expertise in social media management, content creation, and audience engagement for individuals, businesses, or clients
• Experience in growing and sustaining online communities
• Thorough knowledge of the latest social media trends and best practices
• Hands-on experience with content creation and AI tools
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities, especially with Gen Z
• Demonstrated success in building your own online presence
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Willing to be based in Austin, TX with relocation assistance available

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
