Will you help us conquer the world with our own Agriware ERP Software package? We are looking for a Business Consultant to expand our business in North America. Are you the energetic team player thriving in a fast-growing and dynamic environment? Then we are looking for you!

What are you going to do?

As our Business Consultant, you are the expert in our ERP software package ‘Agriware 365’. Working with our sales teams, you build strategic relationships with existing clients to drive revenue, stimulate growth, and maximize client lifetime value. You serve as the main point of contact for clients from the moment of going live with Agriware 365, involved in both pre-sales and ongoing account management.

  • Consult existing clients on their internal processes to drive change and expand the use of Mprise Agriware’s offerings;
  • Demonstrate Agriware 365 to support new business sales;
  • Understand client strategies and objectives, translating these into effective solutions;
  • Translate complex concepts into practical applications on the work floor;
  • Develop, manage, and forecast a sales pipeline through regular engagement and partnership with customer success teams;
  • Travel regularly within the US and Canada to visit clients.

What else do we ask?
  • Resident in the United States or Canada;
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Informatics, or Horticulture;
  • 5-10 years of experience in IT and/or horticulture;
  • Experience with Process Management;
  • Consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central;
  • Good command of English, preferably also Spanish;
  • Affinity with the horticultural sector.
