Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a Business Consultant to support IFM health insurance product implementation. You will collaborate with Product, Regulatory, Compliance, Operations, and vendors to translate changes into accurate member-facing documents and operations requirements.

You will help ensure regulatory compliance, support filing activities, validate updates, and coordinate implementation across multiple teams. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

The Business Consultant partners with Product, Regulatory, Compliance, Operations, and vendor teams to translate benefit, legislative, and business changes into accurate member-facing documents and operational requirements. Working within established processes and systems, the role helps ensure regulatory compliance, supports filing activities, validates updates, and coordinates implementation efforts across multiple stakeholders.
