Cigna Global Health Benefits (GHB) seeks a Business Communications Lead Analyst to advance priorities through strategic, engaging communications for a global workforce. You will partner across functions to develop content, manage plans, and deliver insights that drive engagement and business outcomes.

The role requires senior-level communication leadership, collaboration with executives, and the ability to translate complex information into clear messaging across channels.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in communications, corporate communications, public relations, employee communications, or related fields.
• Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating communication strategies within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including business writing, editing, and presentation development.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across teams and leadership levels.
• Experience working directly with senior executives and business leaders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to measure communication effectiveness and inform decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and other business communication tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and execution of integrated communication strategies that align employees and stakeholders with GHB business priorities and objectives.
• Drive the creation and delivery of high-impact communications across multiple internal and external channels, including digital, print, executive presentations, organizational announcements, and leadership messaging.
• Manage communications plans, timelines, budgets, and workflows to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and with measurable results.
• Produce reports, dashboards, and analyses that provide insights into communication effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and key performance indicators.
• Partner with business leaders and functional teams to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and actionable communications.
• Lead or support the development of executive thought leadership content that strengthens leadership visibility and reinforces strategic priorities.
• Coordinate content review, approvals, quality assurance, and distribution processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
• Build strong relationships across the organization to understand stakeholder needs and identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying new approaches, tools, and communication strategies that enhance business results.

• Experience in the healthcare, insurance, or health services industry.
• Familiarity with employee engagement, change management, or internal communications programs.
