Job summary

CertainPath is seeking a Business Coach - Operational Excellence to empower independent home services businesses to grow, scale, and succeed. You’ll work one-on-one with business owners to uncover operational gaps, guide financial decision-making, and drive performance improvements.

In this role you’ll lead monthly financial reviews, interpret performance data, and develop action plans with owners to drive measurable growth, accountability, and sustainable results for clients and the firm.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operational excellence or business transformation.
• Ability to read P&L statements, balance sheets, and business reports.
• Experience coaching owners and leading data-driven improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational gaps with business owners and guide financial decisions to drive growth.
• Lead monthly financial reviews and interpret performance data to develop action plans with owners.
• Drive adoption of CertainPath's operational model using data insights for strategic moves.
• Establish KPIs, hold owners accountable, and report progress to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Member Relationship Specialists and specialty coaches to deliver high-value support.
• Share field insights to continuously enhance coaching approaches and services.

What You'll Bring as our Business Coach - Operational Excellence

• 7+ years of experience and/or background in operational excellence or business transformation preferred
• Transfer Operational Acumen: Demonstrate expertise in financial analysis and reading P&Ls, balance sheets, and business reports.
• Coach with Purpose: Conduct monthly financial reviews, interpret business performance data, develop action plans with business owners to drive growth, and inspire action with measurable results.
• Drive Operational Change: Guide businesses in adopting CertainPath's operational model, using data insights to inform strategic moves.
• Track and Improve Performance: Establish KPIs, hold owners accountable, and report progress to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate for Impact: Partner with Member Relationship Specialists and specialty coaches to ensure members receive holistic, high-value support.
• Be a Thought Partner: Share trends and insights from the field to continuously enhance our coaching approach and service offerings.
